Firmware Update
Updating SwitchView IP 1010 firmware requires the update utility as well as the new firmware. Both can be downloaded below.

NOTE: SSL ENCRYPTION MUST BE TURNED OFF PRIOR TO PERFORMING THIS UPGRADE. IF SSL IS NOT TURNED OFF, THE UNIT WILL REQUIRE A RESET TO FACTORY OPTIONS IN ORDER TO RESTORE.
